    Article I - Name:

    The name of this club shall be The Legit Gaming Club (LGC).

    Article II - Purpose:

    The purpose of this club is to provide a place for legitimate, mature, hack & cheat free individuals to join together for fun cheat/hack free gaming.

    Article III - Membership:

    All persons interested in legitimate game play shall be eligible for membership. Membership shall be by application and election upon such terms as the club shall provide in it's By-Laws.

    Article IV - Officers:
    Sec. 1. Officers in this club shall be Administrator, Marketing Manager, Anti-Cheat Admin (AC Admin), Anti-Cheat Staff (AC Staff), Anti-Cheat Auditors(AC Auditors)

    Sec. 2A. The officers of this club are assigned, and remain in their position until they so choose to resign or are voted out.

    Sec. 2B. Officers may be removed by Majority Administrator Vote.

    Sec. 3. Vacancies are filled by application and Majority Administrator Vote.
    Article V - Duties of Officers:
    Sec. 1. At least one Administrator shall preside at all meetings, and conduct them according to the rules adopted. He/she shall enforce due observance of this Constitution and By-Laws; decide all questions of order; sign all official documents adopted by the club, and perform all other duties pertaining to the office of Administrator.

    Sec. 2. The Marketing Manager shall assume all marketing duties. Including but not limited to Club/Clan/Community relations and affiliations. In addition, he/she shall maintain close liaison with the Administrators as well as over see and assign work to members in the Media and Graphics department.

    Sec. 3. The Anti-Cheat Administrator (AC Admin) shall closely monitor upcoming and new cheats and hacks, as well as modify and update our Anti-Cheat Guide. In addition, he/she shall maintain close liaison with Administrators as well as over see the Anti-Cheat Staff(AC Staff) and Anti-Cheat Auditors(AC Auditors). In the absence of AC Staff & AC Auditors, the AC Admin will inherit the duties of AC Staff and the AC Auditors.

    Sec. 4. The Anti-Cheat Staff (AC Staff) shall make sure each application is recorded, as well as keep the members list, ban list, and dodge list up to date. Anti-Cheat Staff will be directly responsible for accepting / denying all applications based on our anti-cheat guide, and review of the applications and a background check. Three accepted applications must be processed and archived per week, unless they are not available. AC Staff will also inherit the duties of AC Auditors.

    Sec. 5. The Anti-Cheat Auditors (AC Auditors) shall conduct random teamviews of current members. Each teamview must be recorded and the information added to the staff list. The Anti-Cheat Auditors will be directly responsible for insuring the Members compliance with Legit Gamign Club cheating policies.
    Article VI - Dues:

    The Legit Gaming Club may establish reasonable dues that must be paid by all members. The amount of the dues will be determined at the beginning of the physical year of the Administrators, and then presented to the general membership for a majority vote.

    Article VII - Membership Assistance:

    The club, through the forum, and public relations, will provide technical support and advice to it's members, as well at tips, tricks, and any other information that may be helpful.

    Article IIX - Amendments:

    Unless otherwise noted Articles in this constitution as well as By-Laws may be amended at any time with a majority administrator vote, without notice or approval from the general membership.

    Article IX - Abandonment:

    Club funds shall remain in the Legit Gaming Club account for a period of six months after its abandonment. If after six months, the club does not continue on an active basis, all funds shall be forwarded to Computer Resources and Design.

    Article X - Affiliations:

    The Legit Gaming Club reserves the right to remove an affiliate at any time without prior notification.
    Sec. 1A. Clan Affiliation
    I: For a clan to be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club, the clan must have a Zero Tolerance Hack/Cheat policy.
    II: The Leader and all Administrators must be Legit Gaming Club Members.
    III: All members must submit to a TeamView when requested by Legit Gaming Club staff.
    IV: If a member fails to comply, they must be removed from the clan within 72 hours.
    V: One or more Legit Gaming Club image/logo placed on your website linking to the Legit Gaming Club.
    VI: Support for the Legit Gaming Club from within your clan.
    Sec. 1B. Clan Ventrilo Access
    I: The clan must be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club.
    II: All members must submit to a TeamView when/if requested by Legit Gaming Club staff.
    III: Only the leader/admins will receive Ventrilo permissions.
    Sec. 1C. Clan Web Hosting
    I: The clan must be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club.
    II: All members must submit to a TeamView when requested by Legit Gaming Club staff.
    III: One or more Legit Gaming Club image/logo placed on the front page of your website indicating it's hosted by the Legit Gaming Club.
    IV: One FTP account will be available.
    V: One Database will be available.
    VI: Domain Names can be purchased for $20.00/year.
    Sec. 2. Club Affiliation
    I: For a Club to be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club, they must have a Zero Tolerance Hack/Cheat policy for all staff members.
    II: All Clans and Members within the club must have similar hack/cheat policies.
    III: If clans/members fail to comply they must be removed within 72 hours.
    IV: One or more Legit Gaming Club image/logo placed on your website linking to the Legit Gaming Club.
    V: We will put an image/logo somewhere on our website linking to yours.
    Sec. 3. Community Affiliation
    I: For a Community to be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club, they must have a Zero Tolerance Hack/Cheat policy for all staff members.
    II: All clans and members within the community must have similar hack/cheat policies.
    III: If clans/members fail to comply they must be removed within 72 hours.
    IV: One or more Legit Gaming Club image/logo placed on your website linking to the Legit Gaming Club.
    V: We will put an image/logo somewhere on our website linking to yours.
    Sec. 4. League Affiliation
    I: For a League to be affiliated with the Legit Gaming Club, they must have a Zero Tolerance Hack/Cheat policy for all participants in any given event.
    II: If a member is found with hacks/cheats they must be removed within 72 hours.
    III: One or more Legit Gaming Club image/logo placed on your website linking to the Legit Gaming Club.
    IV: We will put an image/logo somewhere on our website linking to yours.
    By-Laws:

    1. Administrator:

    It shall be the duty of the Administrators to keep the constitution and By-Laws of the club and have the same with him/her at every meeting. He/she shall note all amendments, changes and additions on the constitution and shall permit it to be consulted by members upon request, as well as have it posted on the website for immediate access.

    2. Membership:
    Full membership is open to all members who..
    I: have never Cheated on a MMOG
    II: have never Hacked on a MMOG
    III: have never Violated the TOS of a MMOG
    IV: are mature and able to legally agree to our TOS.
    V: submit to a complete and in-depth Team-View of all computers.
    VI: are willing to run LGC Anti Cheat Software when developed.
    VII: have significant experience in gaming.
    VIII: agree to abide by the constitution as well as the LGC TOS
    IX: submit to random Team-Views at the request of LGC AC Auditors, AC Staff, AC Admin, or Administrator
    X: respect other members.
    XI: do not discriminate against other members.
    Member dismissal may occur for the following reasons..
    I: Majority Administrator Vote.
    II: Majority Member Vote.
    3. Meetings:

    Special meetings can be requested by an Administrator or upon written request of any five club members. Notices shall be sent to members concerning special meetings and the business to be transacted. Only such business as designated shall be transacted. Such notices shall be sent so that they arrive not less than 24 hours before the meeting.

    4. Dues:

    A regular monthly assessment of $0.00 per member is hereby assessed in accordance with provisions of Article VI of the constitution for the purpose of providing funds for expenses.

    5. Officers:

    Must also abide by the following rules..
    I: No improper language on public/member forums.
    II: All staff must join the Xfire Guild.
    II: Make yourself available on vent as much as possible.
    IV: Must be active on the website.
